The Jay Robb Whey Protein Chocolate mix is a good product if you add to it. I use 1 scoop, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 c. water, 1 medium banana, 3 TBSP cocoa (love chocolate), and 1 tsp chia seeds for their nutritional value. Blend. Add 16 ice cubes (or 3 handfuls), and it makes a big blender full (would fill 2 1/2 glasses of about 16-20 oz). I really like it because it's gluten free, soy free.
